Live Bird Receiving

Healthy live birds are sourced from approved farms and thoroughly inspected by our expert veterinary team to ensure they are fit for processing.

Halal Slaughtering

Following strict Islamic principles, birds are humanely slaughtered by hand under the direct supervision of the Shariah Board.

Bleeding

Proper and complete bleeding is carried out to ensure optimal hygiene, superior product quality, and an extended shelf life.

Scalding

Birds are immersed in temperature-controlled hot water, perfectly preparing the feathers for smooth and effective removal.

Defeathering

Advanced, automated defeathering machines mechanically remove feathers to maintain maximum efficiency and cleanliness.

Evisceration

Internal organs are automatically and precisely removed by specialized machinery to guarantee absolute food safety.

Chilling

To inhibit any bacterial growth and lock in peak freshness, the birds are chilled in temperature-controlled cold water.

Grading

Chickens are systematically sorted and graded by weight and quality to ensure uniform standards that meet exact customer specifications.

Cut-Up / Deboning

Skilled and trained personnel utilize hygienic equipment to cut or debone the poultry according to specific custom requirements.
